Here's what you'll be doing....

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the GM Buying and Campus Outfitters teams. Tasks include administration, merchandising and inventory management of various categories as well as supporting projects and events.

Excellent communication skills are required for success in this role. While much of the day-to-day tasks include utilizing system software, the role requires regular physical tasks as well.

In this role, you’ll be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enter and maintain sku information in product database, enter/post/close POs, update receiving calendars
  • Create new skus and update existing skus in internal database as needed
  • Assist with creating, submitting and following-up on purchase orders
  • Assist with creating and processing invoices
  • Process returns and markdowns in a timely manner to ensure inventory is current
  • Garment preparation for Campus Outfitters production: including regular lifting/moving boxes and finalizing the garment process - trimming threads and embroidery backings
  • Assist with offsite sales/events, for example, securing venues, product preparation, building marketing materials, visual merchandising and processing orders
  • Undertake and participate in special projects and other duties related to the business

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • High school graduate, or equivalent
  • Experience in administration and/or retail environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding environment
  • Flexible, open minded and enjoys collaborating on a team
  • Experienced Microsoft office user
