Baskakova Psychology Professional Corporation is hiring for office administrator position!

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with great interpersonal and customer service skills to work in a young, challenging, dynamic environment!

This position is on-site at our North York office and involves - managing communication with clinics and patients, organizing medical documentation, communicating with medical staff and performing other administrative activities as required.

An excellent knowledge of Excel and Gmail is an essential.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of administrative experience, highly detail oriented and with great customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in administrative positions.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, punctual, able to multitask, adaptive to change.
  • Fast learner.
  • Well versed in Excel and database programs (knowledge in QuickBooks is an asset).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative. Able to analyse processes and identify issues and possible improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent service skills and overall positive team attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Russian speaking/understanding is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
