An award-winning windows and doors replacement company in Vaughan is looking to expand its team by filling a key role within the organization as an Office Administrator.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Schedule installation appointments with customers and installation crews assigned to the area.

- Communicate with sales team to ensure daily availabily

- Data Entry of orders to CRM system.

- Respond to emails

- Ongoing support to management.

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the home improvement industry would be preferred.

- High attention to detail is a must.

- Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, Google Calendar).

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Exceptional organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
