Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Employee must work in the physical office (remote work not an option)
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the President, Vice-President and Marketing/Sales team
  • Prepare presentations and confirmation of orders for our clients, followed by purchase orders to our suppliers. The coordination of these orders; including product proofs, arranging and following up on shipping
  • Assist staff with troubleshooting when technical/computer issues arise
  • Assist Accounting department in preparing invoices, credit card reconciliations and other financial transactions using QuickBooks

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable working with QuickBooks and databases
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; oral, written and digital (online and via email)
  • Highly detail-oriented and structured (attention to detail is critical)
  • Strong organizational skills to assist multiple staff members at one time with various tasks
  • Proven self-starter and strong initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
