We are looking for a hard working Office Administrator/ Data Entry individual to join our accounting firm team!

Part time or Full time position (IN PERSON), Free Parking is provided.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Perform telephone reception tasks
  • Correspond with clients when called upon
  • Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls
  • Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies or creating important office forms and filing
  • Entering data in company bookkeeping software and performing some bookkeeping duties
  • Dealing with CRA reply letters
  • Filing/ organizing documents
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

Office Administrator skills and qualifications

  • Have excellent knowledge of outlook, excel and word
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
  • Have a pleasant, flexible demeanor with customer oriented communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and wear multiple hats to be able to assist with various tasks as needed
  • Successful candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in this type of position
  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of high school diploma. Post secondary diploma completion is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour


  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
