Job description

This position is mainly work from home. Be able to virtually meet on a regular schedule basis. Be available between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Hours will range from 20+ per week. You maybe asked to come into the office from time to time.

Looking for a versatile individual who wants to be part of a growing company. The more you are willing to get involved, more hours and growth opportunities available. Main duties are;

Bookkeeping (must know)

  • A/R and A/P
  • Reconciliation
  • Social Media


  • General administrative tasks such as answering phones, appointments booking, invoicing and bookkeeping, etc.
  • Keep constant correspondence and check emails regularly
  • Assist team with day to day activities
  • Generate reports as required by senior management

Understanding of Social Media marketing

  • Facebooks ads
  • Google Ads
  • Instagram Campaigns
  • etc


  • Computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • QuickBooks online
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
  • Language proficiency in English

Use of a phone.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
