Job Summary:

You will be working with a small and tightly integrated team, working to help drive the company. We need your expertise to elevate our team to the next level, while also offering guidance to our customers.

You Will:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and upbeat manner
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Answering the telephone in a friendly manner
  • Assisting with the planning of company events
  • Prepare invoicing and shipping orders by courier, email and mail
  • Maintaining customer and sales lead database
  • Notifying company personnel of visitors arrival
  • Working with the sales team on a daily basis
  • Other general office administration functions (filing, copying, faxing, mail, etc)

You Have:

  • Excellent understanding of customers needs and ability to be proactive
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment effectively
  • University or College degree or experience in a related field
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a technology company, including extensive hands-on experience with office administration
  • Ability to write and complete reports effectively
  • Knowledge of Sugar CRM or similar CRM tool
  • Past experience in a similar role in a small or medium-size company
  • Experience offering customer support on the phone or by e-mail
  • Positive and upbeat personality to engage with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Experience with Google applications and Microsoft products (Word, Excel)

Job Type:

This is a full-time on-site role at our Head Office (84 Merton Street, Toronto ON M4S 1A1)
