Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and accurate information to callers
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers to clarify information or provide account updates
  • Scheduling service appointments and sales leads
  • Data Entry while ensuring accuracy of information
  • Document in the system the details of the contact with or action performed for a customer

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate effectively using a variety of methods including telephone, email, chat and written communication
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Have good listening skills
  • Have basic math aptitude, typing skills and be computer literate
  • Be able to type a minimum of 35WPM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,450.00-$5,700.00 per month

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
