Our North York kitchen cabinet design/manufacturer has been in business for over 25 years , they are looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee installations and post-sales support.

Kitchen Cabinet experience (knowledge) is a must!!

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule delivery and kitchen installations
  • Provide post-sales customer service to Property Managers/Site Superintendents/Homeowners
  • Plan and maintain Installers schedule and facilities
  • Manage records and information
  • Oversee shipping/receiving
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations/administrative services
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Kitchen Background a Must

Salary: Commensurate with experience, vacation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

  • Monday to Friday
