Job description
Due to rapid growth and a new org structure, we have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager with a parts distributor at their branch office in Burlington. The company is growing fast, and we need someone who can help optimize operations for growth.
This is a broad role, overseeing a team of 5, with responsibility for customer service and warehouse / logistics. If you have solid experience in branch management for a distributor, please apply today!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of operations management experience, leading teams of 5+ staff.
- Preference for experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical or similar industry.
- Preference for broad logistics experience including warehousing / cross-dock, logistics management, customer service.
- Project management experience would be a big plus! There are some very exciting changes on the horizon, we are looking for someone to lead change.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) are required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating budgets.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 plus bonus and benefits.
