Your Role in a Nutshell

At BoomerangFX, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee our software implementation activities, office management and day-to-day operations pertaining to the company’s culture and events. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple priorities. This person will be highly skilled in overseeing client-facing departments (our Implementation Specialists) and be able to develop superior client support experience while also maintaining an environment of positivity and integrity within the workplace.

Scope of Duties

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide project management expertise and hands-on leadership to our growing team of software implementation specialists. Provide guidance and best practices to ensure that we thrill our clients with on-time/budget implementations that exceeds expectations
  • Apply project management functions while tracking, reporting, and managing information from multiple projects. Integrate workflow management with projects so you can track and report and set deadlines.
  • You will juggle multiple priorities involved in several concurrent projects to ensure that timelines, budgets, and client communications occur flawlessly.
  • Utilize tools such as advanced Excel to track and report on project status and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Build rapport with client contacts, ensuring they have a high level of confidence during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Meet regularly with the implementation team to ensure that projects are on track and delivery is running smoothly. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any implementation roadblocks.
  • Provide guidance/training and leadership to implementation team members.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, oversee client communications and track project outcomes.
  • Ensure that Implementation Team complies with privacy and confidentiality standards regarding medical records.
  • Manage the other day-to-day office functions and work with the office manager to enhance operations and efficiency.
  • Provide oversight to budgets and logistics of corporate conferences, travel and brand events
  • Oversee employee team culture initiatives and work with in-house teams to promote a positive and collaborative culture.

What You Offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiar with software implementation best practices and project management including tracking & reporting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with managing teams across multiple company functions
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role an asset
  • Willing to work On-Site in office located in Mississauga, ON.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Excellent leader who can motivate and inspire his/her team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
