Your Part in It:

Working out of our Mississauga Branch, the Operations Technology Analyst is a WMS power user who is responsible for providing first-line assistance to internal and external teams, as well as liaising with information technology departments. Providing first-level support to end users who are experiencing production problems and/or have questions about functionality.


What the Job Entails:

  • Troubleshooting user issues (identify system issue vs user training required)
  • Performing centralized functions within the WMS
  • Assisting in end user training
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new customers
  • Communicating system changes to End Users
  • Conducting system functionality testing
  • Identify system enhancement modification requirements
  • Identify system bugs
  • Identify Operational / System Gaps
  • Carry out general administrative duties through phone and email.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a 3PL warehousing environment is required
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience using a Warehouse Management System is required
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with end user application support and/or training is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team setting and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment
  • Focused and Detail-oriented
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Exemplary follow-up and organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Prior experience using Datex Footprint and/or Logirack warehouse management systems will be considered an asset
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of quality assurance requirements

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
