  • Accurately process e-commerce and customer orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service through communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Work with the manager to prepare and process orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Other administrative and storefront tasks as directed.


  • High School Diploma or a GED
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high desire for quality work and accuracy; Must be able to prioritize.
  • Above average Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills.
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems is an asset.
  • - Warehousing/logistics experience is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
