Day-to-day correspondence via phone and email
Organize files and paperwork
Data entry into company software
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communications skills both oral and written
Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word and typing
Time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks to effectively meet clients’ needs
Stable work history
Resourceful and flexible to take on additional duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
