Job Summary:

In the role of Project Implementation Consultant, you’ll be joining Carlisle’s growing Customer Solutions Team - a group of experienced professionals delivering and supporting food processing, labelling and traceability solutions to North American food processors. As the lead in project implementation, you will deliver services to implement Carlisle’s solution in support of the customer’s business requirements as scoped and sold. You will engage customers both remotely and onsite in the configuration, implementation and start-up of Carlisle’s solutions.

This is a hybrid role with some office hours and flexibility to work from home. This role will involve occasional travel to customer sites in Canada and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the Implementation Lead for existing and new customer projects you will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
  • Professionally deliver consulting, implementation and training services
  • Diplomatically manage customer expectations on challenging and complex situations
  • Working with other areas of the organization including Software, Hardware and Support teams responsible for delivery of specific parts of the overall customer solution
  • Ensure clarity and alignment of scope in conjunction with the Services Director and individual Account Managers, and implement timely resolution to changes in scope
  • Have an intimate understanding of Carlisle’s products and how best to leverage them in resolving customer requirements
  • Assist customers in preparing for and executing the necessary change-management involved in implementing delivered solutions - including training and coaching before and after go- live
  • Facilitating hand-off to Carlisle’s Support team following a successful go-live and Project completion
  • Travel to onsite locations to deliver onsite training and configuration services and in some situations to provide supervisory support for Hardware installations performed by the Hardware team

Education and Technical Experience:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a computer technology related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management and implementation role for complex technical business systems
  • Proficient with MS Office including Teams
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to work with MS SQL Server

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
