Job description

The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge, skills and experience to manage real estate transactions, (i.e. a deal secretary), coordinate the details of those transactions with clients, as well as manage related digital and print marketing. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop And Illustrator), CRM systems and event planning and management is a plus.

  • Filing And Organizing Electronic Documents
  • Maintain Deal Management System
  • Creating Agreements, Offers & Electronic Signatures
  • Coordinate Clients, Staging, Photography, Home Inspections
  • CRM System Maintenance
  • Broker Load MLS Listings
  • Book Showings
  • Feedback Calls
  • Create CMAs
  • Create Trade Sheets
  • Seller/Buyer Package Maintenance
  • Receipts / Invoice Management
  • Office Supply Management
  • Maintain Client Birthday & Home Anniversary Data
  • Maintain Email Inbox
  • Check Mail/Packages/Deliveries/Couriers Services
  • Experience In Using Email Marketing Systems ( Bombbomb, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Etc)
  • Fluency In Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & Linkedin, Etc)

Requirements

  • Strong Competency In Google Business Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs) & Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Meticulous Attention To Detail
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Verbal & Written English Skills
  • Ability To Create & Maintain Business Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
