Job description
We are a gymnastics club looking for a full time receptionist. This is a career opportunity.
The role will include providing front desk support. Greeting customers, answering phone calls, responding and drafting emails to our customers and return voice messages to all customers and cleared daily.
Must be able to provide information to clients in regards to all our programs. We will provide you with all the tools to learn the business if you are not familiar with the sport of gymnastics.
Drafting emails to be sent out to customers. This is a busy, fast paced environment. We will train to understand the job. You must be a quick learner.
Must be fluent in English reading and writing and communication skills is a must
Must be able to communicate effectively with families and children in a super positive manner and respond to their feedback
Excellent Communication Skills
MS Word, Excel, outlook is a must to know (we will NOT train)
Knowledge of Amelia registration system is an asset (willing to train if not familiar with this software)
Quick learner, able to multi task and able to work in a fast paced environment
Assist all administrative staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
