Exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant!

The client is located in the Don Mills and York Mills area and the industry is Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting all visitors and directing them to the appropriate individual

Answer all incoming calls, directing callers and relaying messages

Receive and distribute mail and manage all outgoing mail along with couriers

Prepare bank deposits

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

Ensure boardroom is prepped for meetings and ensure the boardroom is tidy and supplies are restocked in the boardroom as well as in the kitchen

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning photocopying etc.,

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills

High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 per year
