An established Vaughan area developer with a 40-year history is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our organization.

About the Role

  • Greeting visitors with a positive and helpful attitude and announces visitors as necessary
  • Must present a professional image of the organization to all clients, suppliers, and all other points of contact
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary to individuals and departments across the organization
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Accepting deliveries, tracking shipments, and arranging for couriers
  • Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain the reception and supply room in a tidy and presentable manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other administrative staff with overflow work
  • This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to be renewed
  • This is an on-site position
