Seeking 1 Registered Early Childhood Educator or a Child and Youth Worker (School age Program) for a 5 day split shift position in our School Age Program. When children are in school, shift hours are 730 to 1030 and 215 until 515. When children have school holidays or PD days it is a 7.5 hour day. Center hours are 730 to 515. We, as well, try to offer care hours on snow days when the buses cannot travel, 900 to 515.

Must have a recent clean Vulnerable Sector Check, Standard First-aid, CPR certification and an up to date immunization record. Must be in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

Educator is responsible for planning and development of their program. Responsible to put children on and take them off the bus. Educators are also used in other areas of the center when children are not at the center. Must have a knowledge of licensing requirements and be able to ensure that their program room meets this criteria . This job is of a physical nature so candidates must be able to meet this expectation.

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

• ECE diploma and also Registered with the College of ECE. (required)
