We are looking for Remote Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an high level of customer serivce experience and strong sales skills. They may handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

What will you do?

As a Remote Call Center Representative in Canada, you will interact with existing customers who are at risk of cancelling their services by addressing complaints with a goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction. You’ll be:

  • Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
  • Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
  • Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
  • Advocating the brand and building customer loyalty, and retaining their account
  • Manage call flows and provide first call resolution

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Call Center experience an asset
  • Sales-oriented individual with at least 1 year of sales experience and can reach agressive sales targets
  • Open availability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand
  • Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
  • Intellectual with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • Problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
  • Confident and self-motivated; can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
  • Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship

Important Details:

  • Permanent Full Time Hours of Work: Shift timings are between Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM MST
  • Must have ability to pick up a computer from our Toronto location (Yonge Street)
  • Base wage $16.50/hour + Bonus
  • Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace is necessary
  • Internet Connection MUST be hardwired to router, No WIFI (Ethernet cable is mandatory)
  • Internet Connection 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload
  • Headset with microphone (USB)
  • Built-in or extended Webcam
