Our continually evolving product portfolios are sourced from leading global chemical manufacturers and suppliers with the aim of introducing a step change in formulation efficacy and sustainability for our clients.

Your role as an R&D Chemist will be focused on enhancing our existing products and developing new products that leverage best in class market trends and technologies. Our primary industry of focus for product development is Personal Care. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills and a history of developing innovative approaches to formulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and organizing the lab

- Ordering samples needed for clients and product development

- Research, develop, and refine personal care product formulations for our branded clients

- Conduct regular research on market and ingredient trends

- Create new processes for evaluating product and ingredient innovations and the impact on our client's businesses

- Establish innovation roadmap with leadership to determine product development needs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
