As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, account analysis, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities,

· Forecast quarterly and annual profits

· Prepare cost projections

· Analyze and report on current financial status

· Conduct thorough research of historical financial data

· Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities

· Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning

· Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement

· Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)

· Review accounting transactions for data accuracy

· Establish financial policies

· Review complex financial accounting work processes, systems, and procedures for efficient workflow and conformity with accounting principles.

· Review the internal controls and security of all automated accounting applications to ensure conformity with auditing standards

· Gather and compile information on processes, organizational structure, computer technology, policies, and procedures

· Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.

· Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.

· Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

Requirements and skills:

· Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
Familiarity with finance databases

· Reviews complex financial accounting work processes, systems, and procedures for efficient workflow and conformity with accounting principles.

· Analyzes and reviews proposals for any system related to financial accounting methods, policies, and procedures; recommends improvements.
Experienced in handling accounting duties of retail environment

· Ensures timely and accurate retail financial statements.

· BBA specialized in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired

· Must have Knowledgeable of QuickBooks online and Desktop

· 5+ years of overall general accounting experience

· Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

· Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports Month end closings experience

· Balance Sheet Reconciliation experience

· Self-starter and strong ethical standards

· The ideal candidate for this position can demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting systems

· Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

· A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

· Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
