Apart Inc. is a full-service creative agency, specializing in photo, video, social, and design.

We are seeking an organized and hardworking Social Media Manager to provide support to the Account Management team with the development and execution of social media campaigns for various clients. Must be a positive and creative problem-solver who can handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment to aid in productivity and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is an independent hard worker, able to self motivate and manage time effectively. This position comes with the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities/Qualifications include:

· Lead day-to-day account operation and campaign execution

· Develop, implement and manage all clients’ social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok

· Create, manage, and track the success of paid campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager

· Deep knowledge of social media platforms as tools to drive revenue and build brand

· Communicate clearly the progress tasks and client performance with fellow team members and management

· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices

· Develop monthly content calendar

· Create, curate, or request content for client and internal purposes

· Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans based on direct managers instructions

· You have excellent interpersonal, team, and written and verbal communication skills

Skill requirements:

· Experience with graphic design

· Experience in scheduling content using Hootsuite

· Excellent Copywriting skills

· Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written with proven experience in writing for social media platforms

· Advanced understanding of Instagram, particularly concepts like shadow banning, analytics, and Instagram algorithms

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

· You are proficient with Google Drive software (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

Job Type: Salaried, Full-Time

Compensation: $42,500/year

Experience:

  • Account management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 2 years

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
