How you will make an impact
Support the Chief Revenue officer he supports teams across the world. Booking direct with airline and hotels he travels every week he goes to Montreal Learning about the restrictions visa etc and organized for his travel Tracking the purchases and receipt and doing the expenses for any purchases Foreign Exchange so it is very time consuming and detailed for expenses Calender management SVP of media service support as well for booking travel (limited) and booking meetings Managing expenses 40K processing expenses Booking restaurants Setting up the itinerary for trips Keepign him in the know and flagging urgent things from clients or President and CEO Ordering catering for meetings Project coordination – client gifting for the holidays this person would coordinate that Sales conference – booking and itinerary Must be comfortable working in Teams Creating purchase orders for all office expenses Weekly team meetings = managing the agenda and taking minutes and reporting follow up items for the next week PA work manages the Blue Jays tickets as an example or might send a gift to a client on his behalf Booking meetings and calender Dave’s travel arrangement is about 50% of the role booking meetings across multiple time zones can be very time consuming Office management taking care of general office management duties could ramp up over time Must be comfortable working remotely 50% of time 2 -3 days a week must be in the office on Fridays Crafting emails to book meetings with people he has no relationship with Day to day calender management checking his calender every morning to check for conflicts etc. Flagging conflicts and rescheduling meetings Updating access cards ordering supplies for the office Outside of office hours – comfortable ie travel issues and respond quickly and act quickly taking care of emails on the weekend
