Our client is currently inviting applications for part-time Medical Clinic Administrators to join our amazing team. The successful candidate will have to excel with the patient experience and be a strong team player.

We are seeking hard working, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individuals who will help oversee all administrative activities for our organization. This would include:

  • Developing expertise in our EMR
  • Troubleshooting minor technical problems
  • Preparing/overseeing internal organizational requirements and reporting
  • Basic bookkeeping (processing transactions for Consultation fees, Notes, and Forms through Square and Stripe),
  • Acting as a liaison/point-of-contact between vendors and the organization
  • Registering patients
  • Managing the inbound/outbound calls as well as
  • Other activities as required by our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Following up with labs/specialists
  • Assisting with implementing new services, processes, and initiatives
  • Improving clinical efficiencies
  • Main phone switchboard
  • Monitoring and Responding to Patient Inquiries through Online Webchat and Email in a timely manner
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Greet and register patients at the Bathurst clinic and/or Scarborough Clinic
  • Connecting Patient to Physicians through Video Conferencing
  • Other activities as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Should be studying in a healthcare related field program
  • Minimum 1 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records is considered an asset
  • Innovative with the ability to problem solve quickly, strategically, and creatively
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a group environment
  • Demonstrated flexibility to respond to a fluctuating workload and the ability to work under pressure
  • High proficiency in the use of computers and new technologies
  • Must be skilled with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required


  • No weekends
