Louis Vuitton Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Toronto! Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will work in partnership with leadership teams to ensure we continuously seek innovative ways to attract diverse external talent while also ensuring that we successfully build the countries talent strategy.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Directly source for Store management and Corporate Management vacancies across the country, ensuring the hiring managers & prospective candidates have a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Successfully drive Talent Acquisition strategy and initiatives for the region in partnership with the HRD to ensure all roles are filled within expected timelines
  • Foster and facility internal mobility with LV and LVMH by creating a culture where employees feel empowered to explore opportunities for career growth
  • Maximize the use of current and/or new recruitment tools (ex.: our company website, LinkedIn, social media, internal referrals, networking, etc), to ensure we are attracting a wide variety of diverse candidates

As the Talent Acquisition Manager - Canada, you will drive all talent strategies and initiatives which further foster our commitment to a diverse & inclusive workplace. Additionally, the position will require the maintenance of talent tracking tools with information accuracy and clarity and the support of Development and Career Conversations across Canada. Finally, in conjunction with HRD and Compensation team, approve and prepare proposal requests and negotiate employment offers
