Training Instructor (Passenger Services)

GTAdnata’s customer services team are the key interface between our customer airlines and their passengers and play a leading role in offering the customer care that is critical to the success of GTAdnata's ground handling operations. Job Details:

Reporting to the Manager, Training Customer Services, GTAdnata’s Training Instructor assures and provides excellent training services to internal and external employees.


  • Provides Initial orientation training to new hires
  • Provides and maintains recurrent training on timely basis
  • Revises, designs and updates training needs as required
  • Maintains, updates and communicates company’s & customer airline’s training manuals
  • Maintains good relations with airline customers and airport authority
  • Maintains training files and records orderly, updated and in good standing order
  • Other duties as assigned. E.g.: On job training audits and evaluations


  • Proficiency with Altea and/or Sabre DCS
  • Minimum 5 years Passenger Service or Passenger Service training experience
  • Must maintain Transport Canada clearance
  • Passenger Boarding Bridge Training experience an asset
  • Ability to work variety of shifts including holidays, weekends & overnights
