ProLogistics is looking for an experienced Sales Team Member with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in sales with a Hunter Mindset, full of energy, positive & ready to be a part of a winning Team.

  • We are looking for an experienced, full-time sales representative with a solid background in Transport Industry, Preferably Flatbed
  • This position will be responsible for building on existing customer relationships as well as adding new customers to the operations
  • Generate a new business through cold calling
  • Find and identify opportunities to grow business
  • Drive profit (margin) through effective negotiations
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Always work to understand the client's needs and identify the best freight solution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
  • Should have a practical understanding of the transportation operations role
  • Create your own workday through effective time management - find a workflow that allows you to be the most productive
  • Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems

Qualifications:

  • Must have an existing book of business
  • 3 - 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Bilingual is an assent
  • College degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
